Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes things come up and that life happens requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 3 days notice. Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur an automatic charge of 50% of the total for booked services billed to your credit card on file. If you do not call or show up to your appointment, a no show fee of $100 or 50% of the services booked (whichever is higher) will be charged. Please know that the cancellation fee is not a punishment for missing your appointment but instead,a compensation for my time that cannot be filled in such a short notice.
